One of our policies is a customers internet is not worth a life. Weather
doesn't stay crappy 24/7/365 even though it feels like it this time of
year. It is judgement call and we always put safety over a customers
internet no questions.

Risk a lot to save a lot / Risk a little to save a little

However I am the only tower climber and if I am dead / injured their outage
is going to be a lot longer than a storm.

Sincerely,

Jason Pond
