Not sure if you would see a drop using a 2.4 on a 5.7 but you will probably not see much of an increase.

Unless we are talking about super stingers.  They look the same.

I have a stock of Stingers where the labels have worn off and I'm trying to see if I can get a baseline for which ones are 2.4 and which are 5.7. I know I should see about 10db of gain on the 5.7 and 6db on the 2.4, but I was wondering what numbers should I see if they're backwards (IE, I want to lazily check these against one type of SM). Would I see a reliable signal drop if I put a 2.4 stinger on a 57SM?
