Make them pass a tone deafness test before you hire them? Does such a thing even exist?
Apparently this must be a bit like being color blind. The tone is really easy for me to use, far easier than looking at the numbers. Yet I have been at sites with certain installers that claim they can't hear any difference as they move the antenna around. I'm just standing there scratching my head as they go right past the sweet spot.
