Dennis, I’m not trying to defend the poster or anything but could you point out where in your Terms that it prohibits what he did? I see your restriction on reviews etc but unless I’m missing something, that doesn’t specify posts or reviews on sites other that towercoverage.com. IANAL of course so maybe it’s implied, but what I read there seems to only apply to actions on your site.
