Personally, I applaud the fact that he "fired" someone that insulted him and his coworkers.
Whether it's in the TOS or not, thank you Dennis for standing up to that behaviour. I may never use your service (Cartography and GIS is a minor hobby of mine) so I can't comment how good or bad it is, but I know the difference between a bad review and someone who is just being rude. Obviously no professionalism on his part in that review I have zero respect for that.
