I think Paul probably can write the book on how to do it.  He endured the pain, 
may as well take advantage of it.  
Seriously, an e book on how to do this may make a few shekels.

If you are looking for easy, don't use Amazon for email services.  If you need 
a mailing list, install mailman on your own box (hosted or otherwise) and roll 
with it.
