Built-in roadblock to the dumb people. Wouldn't be any different than anything
else with spatial diversity, I'd imagine. Then again, maybe they figured it
out.

I think it's probably really more a matter it being hard to setup properly and
too many people would screw it up. I'd be fine with half duplex only if it
means only needing one dish...

Who knows, it could be almost anything, didn't they originally say something
like they couldn't do a connectorized version because the antennas needed to be
very specific to make full duplex work? Maybe it's something like a half duplex
only version that only needs one antenna...

I'm guessing the same exact specs as the existing AF5.

Based on AirFiber technology, might be interesting. How would that compare to
Mimosa?

It says "A new PtP standard" at the top of the announcement... based on what we
can see, I think Mike is probably right... connectorized 5ghz, at least I
really hope that's what it is.

However you don’t need beam steering on PTP?

$400 radio and maybe an awesome sector for beam steering...

I'm guessing 5 GHz connectorized. $399 sure can't have as much material as the
larger units. It looks to be small, like a standard radio.
