That's exactly it. This isn't a product aimed towards the guys that
advertise streaming, nor is it aimed towards a user base that wants to
do solely that. It's a product designed for the customer with no other
good options.
With the data caps on cellular 4G and the all around piss-poor
performance of satellite, some customers only have 900MHz Canopy as
another viable option aside from dialup. In our area it's going to be
big for the company that purchased our WISP - especially since the group
they are a part of who owns their 700MHz spectrum is flirting with
selling it to ATT.

will give them. Via wider channels, higher modulation, or magic.
I know many of us can’t make the same statements about noise floor or
customer expectations, but some people consistently say they want such
a product. And who knows, maybe there’s some magic, too? Like maybe
more robustness to multipath, which seems to bother 900 FSK quite a bit.

40Mbps by late 2016 should be just in time so we can hook up 1
customer to it because 4K TV will be streaming 50Mbps on Netflix
