[AFMUG] 5.1 Band FCC

I must've been under a rock when this was discussed because I knew 
absolutely nothing about it.

So 5.1GHz is legal for outdoor use in the US? If so, what are the power 
requirements (ie: is it more aligned with 5.4GHz or 5.7GHz?) Also, is it 
available for use on deployed PTP650 products?
