In that distance range 11, 18 and 23 GHz would all be candidates. Depending on 
frequency coordination, antenna size constraints, and desire to use common 
equipment across your network. 

23 GHz licensed is allowed higher EIRP than 24 GHz UL and will go farther, so 
at 2 miles I would definitely consider it. 

But like someone said, run the numbers. And assume historical rain data may be 
optimistic, unless you are a climate change denier. We seem to have several 100 
year storms per year now.
