This organization and industry wouldnt be what it is today without Rick over 
the last 6 years. He got up and asked the FCC guy some questions last night and 
got a round of applause from everyone for doing it. Its was pretty apparent he 
has earned his place in this industry. It was a sad day when i read that email 
about him stepping down...
