I have been to Animal Farm multiple times, but have not been to any WISPA events. This was my first. AF is great, very technical and I enjoyed that aspect very much every time I've been there. So for my first WISPA event, it felt very much like AF, but again, AF gets a bit more technical. However, I did not find WISPAmerica lacking technical stuff at all. More than enough to satisfy my geek.

Freakin awesome, in no particular order:
Chuck's State of WISPA speech
Commissioner O'rielly's speech and Q&A
Vendors putting up with our shit
Nathan letting us invade his office
Other stuff I forgot because there was a lot going on

No, the entire group was not huddled around the Telrad booth the entire time.

Everyone was very friendly and I had a great time. Good food. The STL Station is a very interesting place.

If the show was horrible, sure fooled me.

And Cambium needs to bring shirts next time. :O ducking..........

We left early this afternoon to get ahead of the snow storm coming into Chicago.. mission failed, it sucked for about the last 100 miles.

Not sure who you talked to, but this is by far the best show yet.

No matter how well executed a show is, there are always people who are not happy, and things which don't go as planned. I sure didn't see any signs that this was any more prevalent, in fact, if anything it was less prevalent.

I did not attend the show. However, I have spoken to others in

It’s my understanding that the Telrad product is worth looking
at. I was also told the Venue was very nice.

What caught my attention though was several comments about the
lack of organization and support. This may not be a majority
opinion but it came up on several fronts.

I guess several vendors are a little upset and someone said the
room blocks aren’t being charged right.

The word ‘Drama’ was also used… A reference was made about Trina.

With the loss of Rick, I feared this would happen. The board
should just apologize and put him back in place. I worry about
    Vegas this year.
