I heard a synopsis on NPR this morning. They all expect Comcast/TW/AT&T,
etc. to file a law suit very quickly. They also felt that they will lose
said law suit.
The FCC (and the rest of America) need to get out of the mind set that
only the above can provide "broadband". As many politicians have stated
in the past; the vast majority of Americans are employed by "small
businesses" (I define small business as any business with fewer than 100
employees; but that is only semi-relevant).

I usually believe what Chuck says :)
Anyone else have any insight to anything we might "get" out of this,
that might be good?
More access to connect america funds? a more level playing field? Will
cable companies now also be able to apply for those funds?
Chuck (i think) said we'd probably get pole attachment rights.
Yay....but we still have to pay for them i'm sure.
do we now have to register with our state PUC? What might we "get" out
of this, good?
I know the afternoon here at wispamerica will be all about this stuff.
and in the next week, maybe we'll get to read what they just
passed......ugh.
