Last month I ate at a place in Aruba called Zeerovers.  They had a catch of
the day and sides.  Order fish by the pound, add plantains, fries, etc.
They send it all back to the kitchen and then bring you a big basket of
cooked food out to the dock.  Amazing, and cheap.  The weather and view
ain't bad either...
