“Sales Engineer” sounds like an oxymoron. Oh wait, I should consult Dilbert:

Both pre and post sales engineer. Such a roll is specifically required to stay
away from commercial discussions (i.e. dollars and cents).

However, such a person would be expected to present the tech when and of the
respective sales person needs help.

Is this a sales rep position or a support rep position with onsite response?
The description could go either way or even in a different direction.

Mr Hohhof, on that point I did not stutter. We do have a support center

How about Mexico or Cuba? Puerto Rico?

This Irish Catholic is not sure of that, but I can tell you that
after working for 3 different Israeli companies, they take better care of their
employees than any other employers I've had the experience working for. If you
value being left alone and treated with respect, and where family ALWAYS comes
first, you could do much worse.
