Yep. Chuck, you should order one and play with it. I don't care who
makes it, Cambium or WB. But we get some pretty bad ice a couple times a
year. For the short hops where we're using the Force110's (5-6 miles), I
would like a radome. Anything beyond that and we use 2' Laird dishes
with radomes.

Subreflector may need to be integrated into radome.

The feedhorn doesn't stick out farther than the dish. The

Maybe 30 to 50 bucks?

Wonder if there is enough margin to tool up. What are you willing

What is the diameter? How far does the feedhorn stick out past
the rim of the dish?

Chuck,
We would use them at tower sites for sure and depending on cost
would probably use them at the SM’s.

Is this perhaps a new product opportunity for me?

I am picketing with a sign that says "Radome or go home!"

Wondering if anyone has any feedback on the force 110 and
snow. Specifically I am concerned about the dishes not having
radomes available and snow sticking to the dish surfaces and
causing loss. We dont have a lot of wet sticky snow but we
get it a few times at the beginning of winter and the end. I
figure you guys down south of me get a lot more sticky stuff
and ice. Any experiences would be helpful. On my larger sites
I plan to deploy 2 foot dishes with radomes but I am trying
to convince myself I can get by with the forces dishes at
some smaller sites.
