Actually, the question should have been - What is the ePMP certified for. The rules state 36 in PMP and 53 in PTP in 5.1 band. However due to OOBE many radios are certified for less. What is the ePMP certified for and does it vary in the 5.1 band i.e. some radios are allowed more power the higher up in the 5.1 band they are?

The 450 is better for DFS deployments since you can run max allowed EIRP with an omni. I have a few extremely small micro-POPs with 450APs and KP omnis in industrial parks. And one ePMP POP with a KP omni in a residential neighborhood. They all work well, obviously mostly because of the extremely low noise floor.
