I was thinking, Licenses, seriously?  And 25Mbps?  I’m sure it has some 
overseas interest because that’s the only explanation I have.

FYI... other than IP67 and mobility support (who uses that in unlicensed 
bands?), this doesn't seem to have many advantages over the ePMP, and likely 
will be quite a bit more expensive.
