Procera was recently bought by a private equity firm, not sure if

Jab sold it to them in the first place. It used to be PowerNOC, then
JabNOC, then Powercode. They have moved on to CSG, SugarCRM, Zabbix,
and some custom written software. They would have no interest in
buying it back.

the events lately with powercode is that someone bought them
