I question the need for >20M sustained since that implies 5 subscribers can use 100% of the AP capacity on a sustained basis. If you have a few customers who need that you can buy an upgrade key. I resist the keys because they are too much of a pain to keep track of.
If you anticipate buying significant volumes, you can work with your distributor and/or Cambium sales manager for a volume discount or pricing exception. It’s not going to make up a 3X price difference though. Probably you are looking at the Lite APs to feed a small number of high speed business customers?
