Thanks Josh for the compliment, this script really sped adding new domains up for us.
I teach new people to Linux to use nano because it works like you’d think an editor should, sort of like notepad for Linux. OTOH, vi is muscle memory now, and you can’t break a system enough that it won’t still have vi left intact. The first time was infuriating though. Use what works for you, everyone has their toolbox of tricks, work out your own and use it.
