Weird. I don't know if 13.3 is different or because it's a PTP450, but your alternates should be listed on the DFS status page. Here's a 450AP's DFS status on 13.4 build 8 which as you can see is normal.

What version are you running? I'd say that's a bug.

As far as the DFS hits, there are lots of radars, both ground and airborne. Though I think the air stuff is mostly (or all?) 5350-5470. Lots of radars put out a lot of power. You could be seeing seasonal atmospheric effects and it's being ducted in. Certainly from 100+ miles away is possible in the right conditions.
