Was looking at this the other day. Now if you go to http://www.metageek.com/products/office/ it says it's $249. That should give you the basic channel scanning tools plus the tiny spectrum analyzer dongle and SA functionality. Cleaner and faster than using airView, not sure if it's worth it for you. Been using the regular inssider 4 for a while now and it works fine.
