Can’t comment on that particular data center – but most of them will charge 
significant premiums for “roof top access”.  A data center near me (carrier 
hotel) charges $2000/month for “basic access” plus monthly conduit fees and 
construction charges to install the conduit.

 

I’ve heard of some data centers that don’t charge much at all as happy to get 
the business.
