Can’t comment on that particular data center – but most of them will charge 
significant premiums for “roof top access”. A data center near me (carrier 
hotel) charges $2000/month for “basic access” plus monthly conduit fees and 
construction charges to install the conduit. 

I’ve heard of some data centers that don’t charge much at all as happy to get 
the business.

I have spoken to them and they are carrier neutral just wondering about 
attaching a ptp radio in top of building to. Shoot 15 miles north to a tower we 
just bought 
This data center is Birmingham Al
