Personally these arrangements make me nervous. Some of the AP hosts
seem to have a major sense of entitlement with regards to how much help
they want with their internal stuff. Others are completely nice.
Imagine one of your really off the wall, crazy customers. Now Imagine
they have the power to unplug your AP's if they aren't happy. How do
you know ahead of time that the person isn't one of these crazies?
....there's an economic case that can be made, but I'll always be
nervous about it.

+1 what Rory said. Also make sure you get a written contract.

I would give the free service at minimum. I may throw in $50-100
per month for power (even though we use less than $5.00).

Rory, I was wondering how much you give to the property owner

Darin, 50% off sounds reasonable. That's actually what I was
entertaining.

I'm working on some small repeater sites with few
customers (normally 5-10 possible). What is a typical
payment for use of such a low volume location?
[I decided to ask after seeing Rory posted a picture of 1x
backhaul and 1x omni on a rooftop. This setup is very
similar to what I have planned. I expect to regularly use
one backhaul dish and one or two radios for local service.]
Thanks - Chris
