We normally do. In this case, it was an enclosure in his barn... now that I think about it, he actually turned off the circuit breaker... which is kind of hard to stop if they really want to mess with it. That's the only time we had any of them intentionally mess with one of our towers - for the most part people are smart enough to know that's a bad idea.
