If you want to terminate fiber up a tower, use your choice of enclosure with aluminum backboard, run non metallic flex conduit and fittings to the enclosure, and a 24-strand 9/125 G.657.B3 type loose tube cable. Then terminate it in a single Corning CCH panel:

I recommend a CCH 12-strand, SC/UPC duplex. This will terminate the fiber into 6 duplex circuits and leave 12 strands unterminated for future use.
