Check out flexoptix.. they have a really great programmable SFP solution.. Your generic optic shows up as an official Juniper, Cisco, or whatever..

I use http://www.datainterfaces.com/ when I need generic optics. I use Core Telecom when I need burned optics. Core can usually get pretty close or beat the generics depending on the optic. Never had an issue with either vendor. __________________________________ Charles Boening Network Manager 800-858-2399 | Office <mailto:[email protected]> [email protected] <http://www.cot.net/> www.cot.net | Find us on <https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cal-Ore/205066716227707> Facebook __________________________________ Cal-Ore | Real. For those of you running Juniper (EX/MX), are you using generic SFPs? If so, can you recommend a brand? Will MT SFPs work? Thanks, Josh
