I saw an analysis done by DCI on a public safety tower and frankly was so ridiculous for adding three 3.65 Sectors on at 45 ft mark of 300 tower. I understand when wind loading can be an issue on some towers but this was a tower with 8 ft base and guyed... One 6 ft dish at 80 ft mark with VHF and UHF antennas near the top.
