If a tower company starts giving me a huge price for a structural analysis I 
usually come back with:

Please provide me a copy of your last tower inspection.  I want to make sure 
the tower shows no problems that were covered in a routine inspection.  If they 
can’t produce one it’s bargaining leverage.
