Are you suggesting that if an 80 MHz channel (2 adjacent 40 MHz channels) was not available, you could license two non-contiguous 40 MHz channels on the same path and the radio would aggregate them capacity?

So if one was to spend 50% of the budget on upload, they would see a 624 Mbps full duplex link.
