How close is the SM from the AP, and how High is the AP, and what is the Antenna Brand and Model on that AP.
In our experience, it is very easy to have the ap tilt mis-aligned, unless the SM is really close, say 100-200meters from the AP, and the AP is really high... Then the only thing you can do is use a larger dish on the CPE !. Sorry, this is not answering your question about how to provide an uptilt to the CPE .... but if you are running into this problem, you might want to re-align the tilt on that AP Sector. Regards.
