It was so rare....I used to put a galvanized screw under the SM. Once I did it with a beer cap that I found on the roof.

If they still sell the SMMB1 mount, that can be rotated upward.

WB used to sell a plastic thing that would clamp onto a universal mount and give you tilt. Not sure if it's still a thing, but Streakwave still has the spec sheet on their site:
