If you have documented proof that it is no longer there - pictures, etc. - send an email to Enforcement and the Media Bureau and ask them to cancel the licenses. BTW, this is licensed in the broadcast 7 GHz band and is probably in an area where Part 101 would be excluded anyway - if that's what you're looking for. I'll check on it later today.
