I drive by it at least twice a month, the tower is still there, nothing on it, building empty and for lease. Looking at the frequencies again yeah it's in 7/8 GHz broadcast auxiliary, not part101. 7/8 GHz is OK to use in Canada for regular part-101 like activities, and the equipment is pretty much the same, so I guess I am accustomed to looking at 6 or 7/8 near identically.
