Slice some jalapeños and separate the seeds plus veins if too hot...chop some white onions in small long slices...small dab of oil in pan....get hot...add some soy sauce and mix in onions and jalapeños..... Get it going till onions almost Brown and add long slices of muenster cheese. Let me melt a bit....serve over tacos hot..... Add aguacate and few cilantro leaves....yum yum yum....
