i don't think i'd do 6 APs, probably just 3 and turn the power way down.

UniFi would be my first choice

we have UniFi at our local airport that has 6 "gates" (9 access points
around the terminal building) and between 11am and 2pm (during ski season)
a few thousand devices traverse thru the network just fine with 10mbps to
each device :-)  works great!!!
