For me it's more about the time it takes to do it. There are aspects of the 
install I cannot figure out. I asked them for deployment support and I was told 
they don't offer it. Another guy told me he'd do it for more than $2k. 

My current system just double, triple, or quadruple charged my autopay 
customers for the third time. So I've shut down the gateway so it cannot do it 
again. That's why I need something fast. None of my customers can pay online 
right now. 

I'd prefer platypus, I just cannot get it working and have run out of options 
to get it going. So I'm hoping someone has another option that might work.
