Isn't Spencer Lambert's web front-end free? Last time I saw him at Animal Farm he was touting it and said he would help with setup and customization at a flat rate of $100/hr. He is located in Utah, also. If you want something cheap or free that may be an option. It would probably be worth contacting him. I recommend Powercode.
