I wouldn't try to use it to replace a PMP100 900 PtMP system, but it might
have some uses for weird PTP links that *absolutely have to go through
trees* where the bandwidth requirements are 3-5 Mbps full duplex,
maximum...

Places where the only other option is a $80 to $150/mo Ku or Ka-band
consumer grade VSAT with a 8-10GB/month max data quota. You can probably do
a lot better than that with a 5 or 7 MHz wide channel assuming a reasonable
signal level above the local noise.

I could see it used with a pair of yagis or even the old grid like 900 MHz
band single polarity dish antennas. Whatever has the lowest sidelobes,
though 900 is all a bunch of fat ovals on a plot anyways.
