If you're going to run it inside liquidtight flex conduit or similar, and want a lot of future expansion room + the best price for $/meter of 18AWG... There are non weatherproof (not SOOW/SJOOW type) 12, 16, 18, 20 and 24 conductor 18AWG cables available from Belden. Any electrical distributor should be able to quote them.
