I guess that depends on the area, the services provided to the area, and
the prices provided for those services in those areas.

For example, $80 will get you 1Gbps on AT&T right now via their gigapower
product in some markets. In other markets, $80 gets you 12Mbps or so.

Windstream, Time Warner, Comcast etc are similar depending on the market
you look at for each one.
