Nothing showed up in my sniffer, so I wonder if it's using 802.11 at all. The specs (http://wiki.dji.com/en/index.php/Phantom_3_Professional) say it's using 2400-2483 MHz, but is only 100 mW EIRP. They claim 2 KM range, but he lost control of it in his admittedly WiFi congested neighborhood. -- bp <part15sbs{at}gmail{dot}com>
