Blanton's is very good, but too expensive for a daily bourbon for me. My goto is Eagle Rare, Woodford is decent too.

I haven't tried Pappy's but I know a few people who have tasted it blind and felt that it was very overrated. I'd still like to give it a shot one day.

Blanton's Bourbon. The best reasonably priced and available Bourbon I have found. Pappy's is the best but I'd neither available not reasonably priced. I have my name on every list in turn for Pappy's and still haven't seen one.

A fun fact: I live in Bourbon, Missouri and yes it was actually
named after the whiskey - how it got the name:

The Irishmen (and some of the settlers, too) were used to drinking
whiskey, so Turner soon imported barrels of the new brand,
Bourbon, which was becoming popular all over the New West. A large
barrel labeled "Bourbon" sat on the porch of his store.

The barrel of whiskey was hauled to the construction project, and
the Irishmen could go to "Bourbon" whenever they wanted a drink.
Turner's store came to be called the "Bourbon" store, and the
railroad workers soon called the entire area Bourbon.

Depending on the day, you might want an order of bacon with a

There used to be a bar/poolhall in my home town that would
deliver year round every day from noon to 3am. If you knew
somebody there and tipped generously, you could even get them
to deliver a case of beer or bottle of bourbon to your door -
along with your fried mushrooms and biscuits and gravy (with
        a side of bacon).
