I have used Realchoice over a hotel wifi and it worked just as good as Netflix. Looked great to me.

The 2 companies I already spoken to said that: 1 its going to cost about 100k to do with licensing and servers 2. always 2-5meg connections and your going have to have at lease 2-3gb fiber connection line to there office to do this. Unless realchoice tv is able to do something that is not going to cost 100k to start up. Its better suited to be on dsl or fiber connection I dont think WISP's would be able to do iptv.
