Support says it was added in 2.5.2 as shown below. If you have a version
earlier than that, they have instructions on how to do that.

2. Crash Logs: To capture the crash log on radios running 2.5.2 or later
from an SSH session you just need to enter the CLI command “debug crashlog”
.  If it is earlier you will need root access. You would need to enter “cat
/sys/kernel/debug/crashlog” and share the results.
