Reminds me of D&B... when you have any kind of a "negative" mark on your business credit, and you call them as ask what it is, they won't tell you. "How am I supposed to fix the issue if you won't tell me what it is?" "I don't know what to tell you, sir."

Since that day (almost 10 years ago), I no longer base anything I do on a D&B report from anyone.

So Google Merchant Center said that my stuff was all suspended due to policy violations. I get on the phone and wait and wait and then get the guy the thick accent tell me that they do not allow radar jammers to be listed. I told him I did not sell radar jammers, I sell surge suppressors and tower mounts. Back and forth, escalating to a woman that has less of an accent, she tells me that it is in violation of their policy. I ask for a copy, nope, it is a secret she cannot tell me. OK, so I am breaking a Google law but that law is secret and you cannot tell me how I am breaking it. Yep. OK suggestions please. She suggested that I explain on the front page of the web site what it is we do. I told her we make and sell crap. She said that is not clear and that we need to explain that.
OK, so I now explain that. Arrgh.
