If the chassis is not bonded, then it is just 48 VDC. It has a positive and
a negative, but saying it is +48 or -48 when it is not bonded is not
correct.

So, back on the original topic that I started here. I got an hour or so
today to play with this switch. Cisco clone CLI and the web UI is very
functional. Gotta say I'm really surprised that I don't hate it. The
VLAN config is a little confusing, but I just need some more time with it.
The only contradicting documentation that I've found so far is the DC
inputs. Is it +48 or -48? The chassis doesn't appear to be bonded to
ether polarity. Floating would be nice. Does anyone know for sure? We're
going to start with the AC input and move to DC later as we add more
switches.
