We are self financing and building as much as we can afford. We looked into
subcontracting the work and found it to be cost prohibitive. We are doing
all the work in house including directional drilling.

If you are comfortable working on older equipment and mechanically inclined
so you can fix stuff, you can probably get set up with a decent drill rig,
big plow, drop plow, couple trucks and trailers for around $100k.
